How to order

POSTAGE AND PACKING RATES - NEW SYSTEM IN USE - PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER

After absorbing rising costs over the last few years, unfortunately the rates have had to be amended with immediate effect. The method of applying the rates has been restricted by the lack of options for applying postage by region within the PayPal shopping basket system. Jez has therefore decided that for all orders a separate PayPal invoice for the postage and packing charge will be issued (hopefully within 48hrs). No postage will therefore show in the PayPal Basket. Until this invoice is paid, the order will not be progressed.

INTERNET ORDERS:

There are two ways to order fom Old Crow Models over the Internet:

POSTAL/ ORDERS;:

For postal orders please print out and use the ORDER FORM

When placing an order, please list your order clearly (giving model names, codes and quantities required) and put your NAME and FULL POSTAL ADDRESS in BLOCK CAPITALS. Also a contact telephone number can be useful in case of problems.

DELIVERY:

Your order will normally be processed and dispatched within 21 days of receipt. The Old Crow Models Home Page will carry an announcement if additional delays are occuring. All items are offered subject to availability. (UK Only: If an item is not available, and you are paying by cheque, a credit note will be issued unless you have specified alternatives.)

FEEDBACK AND CLUB DISCOUNTS:

Feedback or suggestions concerning any of the product ranges are always welcome. Old Crow Models would be happy to discuss discounts on bulk orders from clubs.

The details listed on this website supersede all catalogues and lists previously issued, including those issued by Ainsty. Old Crow Models reserve the right to amend prices and withdraw items without prior notice. All pictures are for illustrative purposes only. Models and accessories supplied may differ in type or quantity from those shown. Please note all sizes quoted are approximate. If items will not be available within a reasonable period, a full refund for the items will be made. Goods remain the property of Old Crow Models until payment has been received in full. Old Crow Models reserves the right to refuse orders (refunding any related payments) without explanation. Unless previously agreed, orders can only be sent to a cardholders registered address.

DISCLAIMER AND HEALTH WARNING

Please note: Old Crow Models can accept no liability for damage, loss or injury from the use or misuse of the products listed. Take care when working with resin products, in particular avoid breathing in dust when sanding items. Some models are supplied with small metal parts which could be harmful if chewed or swallowed, or may have sharp edges/points. All Old Crow Model products are designed for adult gamers and collectors. As such they are not intended for use by those under the age of 16 unless under the supervision of a responsible adult.
